Joe Richardson is a Sales Associate for Team Hoffmann, and works primarily with buyers to find them the home of their dreams. With the team’s VIP Buyer Program, Joe uses an innovative approach, alleviating the stress that goes along with the home buying process, and provides clients with the best service for the entire transaction. Joe strives to keep clients informed and negotiate the best terms in their interest, all while providing specialized knowledge at each step of the way.

Curt Halter is a Sales Associate for Team Hoffmann and works to actively market the team’s listings and find potential buyer prospects. With an aggressive marketing style and commitment to our clients, Curt provides a different angle to the home-selling process. Curt contacts between 50 – 100 potential buyers daily to expanding the exposure that our listings receive. |

Allison Zuber is the Office Administrator for
Team Hoffmann and offers over 12 years of real estate experience. Allison is responsible for heading up the
team’s REO division and reimbursements. In
addition to this, Allison handles the team’s 200+ listing files, processing all necessary paperwork and uploading each listing to the appropriate websites. She also single handedly organizes all training
sessions for new employees, while still finding time to efficiently and thoroughly
respond to all client e-mails.

Danny Dougherty is the Listing Courier for Team Hoffmann and assures every property has great listing pictures, accurate room sizes, and detailed information data sheets. |

Katie Schoenung is the Marketing and Lead
Engineer for Team Hoffmann. Katie specializes in internet advertising,
social media, and data base coordination, funneling over 300 buyer and seller
leads to the appropriate sales rep for the team. In addition to this, Katie serves as webmaster, updating and maintaining the team's websites. She also heads up the team’s short
sale division, maintains all team buyer files, and assists with the organization and input of listing files.
